PURPOSE:
RupnathEmploy is intended to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information for its users/members/visitors who have a bona fide intention to contact and/or be contacted for purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies and other career enhancement services.
USE TO BE IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PURPOSE
RupnathEmploy (and related products/services) is meant solely for the Purpose and exclusive use of the subscriber/registered user. Any form of copying, downloading, recreating, sharing passwords, sublicensing, or sharing in any manner not in accordance with these terms constitutes misuse. RupnathEmploy reserves the right to protect against loss of revenue or reputation, including stopping your service or access and reporting to relevant authorities. Misuse, such as copying, transmitting, or crawling data, photographs, graphics, or information for non-bona fide purposes, will lead to appropriate action, including stopping access and claiming damages.
The site is a public platform with free access, and RupnathEmploy assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of responses. RupnathEmploy cannot monitor responses received in response to information displayed on the site. Users/companies must conduct their own background checks on responses.
By using RupnathEmploy, you permit us to use information about your actions on the platform in connection with ads, offers, and other content (whether sponsored or not) across our services, without compensation to you. We use data and information about you to make relevant suggestions and recommendations to you and others.

OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
While using RupnathEmploy, you must only provide true and correct information. If creating a profile, you must keep the information up-to-date. RupnathEmploy will not be liable for any inaccuracy of information on the website. It is the visitor’s responsibility to further research the information on the site. Any breach of privacy or information provided by the consumer to RupnathEmploy, either technically or otherwise, is not the responsibility of RupnathEmploy. Spam or indiscriminate posting on RupnathEmploy is prohibited and can lead to service termination without notice and forfeiture of payments.
USER CONDUCT
Users must not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful or objectionable, including content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Users must ensure that all resume information/data provided is accurate and complete, without false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent, or misleading information. Users agree to indemnify RupnathEmploy for any losses incurred due to any such information.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and user identification. RupnathEmploy assumes no responsibility for improper use of such information or any online/offline transactions involving credit/debit cards.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Users must comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related rules, regulations, guidelines, and notifications when using RupnathEmploy. Any violation of these provisions will result in the user being solely responsible for their actions.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
Users represent and warrant that their use of RupnathEmploy will not:
- Violate any local, provincial, state, national, or international law, statute, ordinance, rule, or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to RupnathEmploy.
- Impersonate any other person or entity or misrepresent their affiliation with any other person or entity.
- Forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of user information.
- Interfere with or disrupt the use of RupnathEmploy by other users or harass other users.
- Gain unauthorized access to computer systems.
- Reproduce, copy, modify, sell, store, distribute, or otherwise exploit RupnathEmploy for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Use automated means to crawl or scrape content from RupnathEmploy.
- Engage in any activity that is harmful, invasive, hateful, disparaging, or otherwise unlawful.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RupnathEmploy does not warrant that the platform is free of operational errors or harmful components. Subscription services are subject to quotas as applicable. RupnathEmploy is not liable for any loss or damage from disclosure of user information or online transaction errors.
Payments for services are on a 100% advance basis. Refunds are at the sole discretion of RupnathEmploy, which offers no guarantees for refund accuracy or timeliness. RupnathEmploy undertakes no liability for free services and reserves the right to amend terms without prior notice.
INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify RupnathEmploy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners from any damages arising from their use of RupnathEmploy, including information provided by the user.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes between users and RupnathEmploy shall be referred to a sole arbitrator in New Delhi, India, under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to New Delhi courts.
PRIVACY POLICY
Users of RupnathEmploy are subject to the Privacy Policy available on the platform.
